RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

You may return any merchandise received from the Parnassus on the Net site, using the Parnassus on the Net Check Out Shopping Cart for 30 days from your receipt of same for a full return of your purchase price. Merchandise returned must be complete, with original packaging and packing and must be in salable condition. You may return the merchandise for any reason and receive a full refund. Refunds of credit card purchases will be credited to the to the card originally charged. Refunds for check or money order payments will be issued as a check. Refunds on check orders will not be issued until after 14 days after our deposit of the check, to allow time for verification of funds.
